“…it’s testimony to Warnes proactive and professional approach that they have built up and retain a loyal client base, and a supportive supply chain…”
JOHN INWOOD, HEAD OF ASSET MANAGEMENT – HELICAL BAR PLC
ten successful years, and counting
Warnes Projects Limited was formed in 2005 by company owners Stephen Hobbs and Ed Davies who wanted to build a company centered on their personal professional principles, and let that form Warnes Projects core values.
Warnes Projects has gone on to establish a firm foothold in the fit-out and refurbishment industry. It continues to succeed, securing numerous clients by providing high quality projects on time and on budget.
The company has successfully combined financial growth with re-investment in the business. We have now formed a strong, highly skilled and capable in-house team and work with a trusted collaborative team of complimentary professional services such as independent certified approved building control inspectors and health and safety advisors.

As soon as we receive an inquiry we appoint a team of experts who will work hard to make sure every detail of your project is considered.
We provide regular progress reviews and cost statements, to help keep you informed at every stage of project development. A strict snagging and follow up regime means that on project completion, you can quickly get back to business.
We focus on quality trade skills and workmanship. It’s within our interests to exceed client expectation, proved by the ever growing majority of repeat business commissions.
“…Warnes have been incredibly professional and helpful during what quite honestly was a stressful time. The quality and finish of materials have created just the look we wanted…”

BETTER BY DESIGN
Warnes have successfully delivered a wide range of projects. Design is part of the service but we can also work with a design brief provided by the client.
Often rethinking your space is all you need to unlock it’s full potential. Thanks to a dedicated project team we manage the process from the initial brief with preliminary costing and concept proposals, through to project implementation and build.
Understanding your business is key to creating a great space plan, but no one knows your business better than you. When you talk we will genuinely listen. Sounds simple but makes a big difference when it comes to getting it right.
We aim to create dynamic, inspiring, functional and inviting environments, that are also great looking. Office space with traditional meeting rooms and break-away zones, all possible with our modular demountable partitions which offer excellent contemporary aesthetics whilst providing acoustic insulation.
Our experienced designers and consultants also ensure the latest working legislations are met and work with best building regulation practices.
we work around you
LOOKING AFTER OUR CLIENTS, and OUR PEOPLE
We’ll work with you to bring the least disturbance to your business as possible. We have a great deal of experience working in occupied buildings and even around customers as they go about their every day business.
Projects include office refurbishment, commercial and industrial properties. We have carried out sub-division of occupied and operational warehouse spaces, for example, introducing new services, toilet facilities and installed equipment racking.
The health and safety of our people and work site neighbours is fundamental to our operation. We monitor our sites and staff closely to ensure we provide a safe and pleasant working environment. In addition to regular training for site safety and core skills, our sites are audited by health and safety consultants to ensure they meet their exacting standards.
“The construction industry has a huge impact on all our lives, with most construction work in sensitive locations. If all construction sites and companies presented an image of competent management, efficiency, awareness of environmental issues and above all neighbourliness, then they would become a positive advertisement, not just for themselves but for the industry as a whole.”
