Our client purchased the building known as 200 Great Dover Street, as an unloved 1960’s building that had been neglected for many years with failing infrastructure and no modern facilities. Warnes Projects were tasked with bringing it back to life and giving it credibility in today’s evermore demanding commercial market place.

The task commenced with a detailed analysis of the market requirement and in depth discussions with our clients commercial team, from there a full refurbishment programme was planned and implemented which included a full replacement of the buildings services, refurbishment of the existing parquet flooring, a re-modeled reception and complete new shower facilities.
The existing toilets were given an extensive make-over, new lighting installed throughout with up to date power saving facility and efficient heating/cooling and ventilation installed – all carried out sympathetically with the buildings 1960’s heritage in mind.
The latest phase of works even included an internal spiral staircase leading through the roof to a new terrace facility.
The whole process from design to handover was on budget and on time with the building being fully let even before work was completed. This timeless building is about to start a new lease of life.
